Warranty

We will provide your Zillow with a one year warranty.

Terms of use:

A. The pillow is eligible for return if it fails to rebound more than 2cm.

B. In the case of a return, we reserve the right to inspect the pillow.

C. Damages caused by not following the guidelines are not covered by this warranty.

D. If you make a valid claim under this warranty condition within one year from the date of receipt, we will provide a replacement to your Zillow.

The warranty will not apply for the causes listed below:

A. Inappropriate storage, use, abuse, misuse, change of usage or Improper washing such as the use of softeners.

B. Visual defects, wear, tears, cuts, scratches, improper bending or damage from impact or by accident.

C. Damage caused by external factors such as sunlight, moisture, dust and mites.

D. Discomfort due to personal preference.

E. Odor (New pillows may retain its natural odor)
