2. In order for you to experience the comfort of the product properly, 7 days must past from the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

4. In the case of a damaged or a stained pillow, the product may not be refunded or replaced. With confirmation from our staff, we will arrange a refund or a replacement. If it is in the case of stain due to misuse, the 30-Night trial will be cancelled.
